“I wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Jennifer was on duty that night and was very helpful getting us a room and whatever we needed when we arrived. The suite we had was clean and comfortable. I love the window sill/bed!! Great continental breakfast choices, Great price. Harshad Amin was very nice to us in the morning at check out. “I stayed at a Microtel Inn in Thomasville, NC during a recent business trip. Like many of my “road trips” this one was equally sleep deprived. A clean, quiet room was much needed as I had a presentation to do the next morning. While I was checking in, I noticed there was a group staying there. The desk clerk had to check me in, answer questions fro the group and make change for a guest wanting to use the vending machine. His professionalism set the tone for my stay! The lobby, main corridor and guestroom were spotless. The tile was clean, the carpet fresh, A/C quiet and furniture in like new condition. The next morning, the breakfast was well presented and again the “morning” desk clerk very polite. Its not too often that I, like most travelers, take the time to congratulate a hotel for a “job well done,” but I felt this one certainly deserved a pat on the back! I hope you can share this with others and show how a small town, roadside, economy motel can also be a clean, friendly ‘Inn.’”

“The quality of the rooms and the service at this hotel were amazingly pleasant. I have traveled 10 months out of 12 per year for the last 2 years so I know hotels and what a good room and good rate is. The Jacuzzi room at this location is amazing. I still can’t believe how low the rate is for a room this nice. The staff is friendly and always available. The manager or owner, I don’t know which, greets each guest and really puts his heart into making the guests happy. I am kicking myself for not using Mictrotel during my previous travels. The Thomasville, NC staff deserves special recognition for the quality of the stay I have experienced. I have notified my contacts at my old job and informed them that Microtel is the place to stay during their company travels.”
